Welcome to Face Card, a mobile application operated by Sunday Work, a company registered in the Republic of Korea ("Company", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our facial image-based AI analysis services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals aged 14 years or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We may suspend or delete any account if we reasonably believe this condition is not met.
2. Description of the Service
Face Card provides AI-powered analysis of facial images uploaded by users. Results may include scoring of facial features and classification of facial types.
Important Notice: The analysis provided is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a scientific assessment. Use discretion when interpreting your results.
3. User Content and Rights
You retain ownership of photos and other content ("User Content") you upload. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to use it solely for providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload images of other individuals without their permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, including its design, software, algorithms, and branding, belong to Sunday Work. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its contents without permission.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
