Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the company and users when using PackCheck (the “Service” or “App”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Company” means the business operator SundayWork that provides the PackCheck service.
- “User” means a member or non-member who receives the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
- “Service” means a mobile application service that supports users in creating and managing packing lists and planning trips.
- “Travel Information” means information entered by the user such as destination, dates, participants, and activities.
- “Packing List” means the predefined travel item lists provided by the App and any personal items added by the user.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the service screen or announced by other means to users.
- The Company may modify these Terms if necessary and will provide prior notice of changes.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Travel information input and management
- Travel type–based customized packing lists
- Packing checklist management
- Packing list sharing
- Personalized item addition and editing
- Trip preparation progress tracking
- The Company may change the contents of the Service to improve quality and will provide prior notice of changes.
- The Company may change the services provided for operational or technical reasons.
